Publish a story

Instructions

Please note that publishing stories in
Harry's library is currently disabled.
If you would like to contact us about this then please email using this link.

We hope to provide this service again in the near future.

Meanwhile, here are some story ideas.

Don't forget to check your story using the our automated checktext facility.

Also, we are very happy to provide information on giving feedback to your child on his, or her story. This is such an important aspect to developing the skill of creative writing, and an essential part of most publication procedures.
For information, here were our abridged terms and conditions for the publication of a story. We anticipate that these conditions will be applied again when stories are, once more, accepted.

Please note our abridged terms and conditions for publishing stories:
  • the story must have been written by a child below the age of 14,
  • it must be original (copyright is yours),
  • you retain the copyright, but grant us permission to use it,
  • stories must be 50 to 1000 words long,
  • stories must be appropriate for children below the age of 14,
  • the story must be submitted by the parent, or guardian, and within the text of an email only (no attachments).
